BackInverter control method
(1) Controlled by the operation panel of the inverter, it is mainly used in the case where the inverter is operated locally and the motor speed does not change frequently.
(2) Control through the control terminal of the inverter, that is, through the logical combination of the logic input ports on the control terminals of the inverter, set various preset speeds, and then pass the start/stop terminals of the logic input port and the preset speed terminals. The off state, the start and stop control of the motor and the change of the output frequency are mainly used to control the operation of the motor at a predetermined fixed frequency.
(3) Change the given frequency by inputting 0-10V or 4~20mA signal through the analog input of the inverter. For the case of shifting requirements according to the established time, PLC control has a high degree of automation and "smart".
Inverter communication protocol
During communication, if a data error is found, the inverter will ask for a retry and perform a retry from the user program. If the number of consecutive retries exceeds the parameter set value, the inverter enters the alarm stop state.
During the communication process, if an error data is received, the inverter returns the retry data to the computer. If the number of consecutive data errors reaches or exceeds the parameter set value, the inverter enters the alarm stop state.
